So che lepersone l'hannogià chiestoe sono arrivate ad aggiungereiltipo dipostpersonalizzatoe a riscrivereperpermalink.

Ilproblema è che ho 340 categorieesistenti che vorrei continuare a utilizzare. Eroin grado di vedere/category/subcategory/postname

Ora ho lo slug di customposttype/postname. La selezione della categorianon vienepiù visualizzatain permalink ... Non homodificato l'impostazione delpermalinkin adminin qualcosa di diverso.

C'è qualcosa chemi manca o devo aggiungere a questo codice?

I know people have asked this before and have gone as far as adding the custom post type, and rewrite for permalink.

The problem is I have 340 existing categories which I would like to continue using. I used to be able to see /category/subcategory/postname

Now I have the slug of customposttype/postname. Selecting the category no longer shows up in permalink...I've not changed the permalink setting in admin to anything different.

Is there something I'm missing or need to add to this code?

To have hierarchical permalinks for custom post type install Custom Post Type Permalinks(https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-permalinks/) plugin.

Update registered post type. I have post type name as help center

you can remove %post_id% and can keep /%help_centre_category%/%postname%/"

Sì,ma questo èper se hai un singolotipo dipostpersonalizzato,ma se haipiùtipi dipostpersonalizzatiin un unicotema,sopra è la soluzione. Inoltre cambia anche lo slug della categoria come lo slug deltipo dipost.

Yes, but that is for if you have single custom post type but if you have multiple custom post type in single theme then above is the solution. Moreover it also changes your category slug same as your post type slug.
